Cyient is an Indian engineering consultancy employing over 10,000 people. It’s largest and oldest client is Pratt & Whitney.
The organisation wanted to pivot from competing on price to long-term, high value relationships just as they had done with Pratt & Whitney. Its ambition was to move up the value chain and to develop a portfolio beyond services, to include designing systems and solutions. In order to support this transformation, it needed a strong brand to attract new customers, talent and even acquisitions.
Their newly created ambition of “Designing Tomorrow Together” described how Cyient worked with its clients to create solutions that meet the immediate technical brief and deliver bigger commercial and social benefits. Three outcomes; business, technical and human, provided the framework around which Cyient’s amazing stories, were told. These outcomes became an important part of the new visual system, and together with its simple wordmark, and ‘enhancer dot’ Cyient now had the tools to demonstrate how the organisation was moving forward in an engaging and compelling way.

Since the launch, the brand has been very successful resulting in a fundamental increase in lead-conversion. The company has tripled in size since we started working with them. Besides this, employee satisfaction scores are at an all time high.
